Returns & Replacements

Every print leaves our studio made to order for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind every piece we send. If your order arrives damaged or differs materially from what was described, please contact us at info@peterjsutherland.com within 7 days of delivery. We will ask you to send a photograph of the damage so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly. A replacement will be dispatched to you as quickly as possible.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
